  A new French-American bistro, The Angie, is set to open in spring 2025 at 3901 Fairfax Drive in Ballston. Brought to you by the team behind D.C.’s Balos and For Five Coffee Roasters, this 5,700-square-foot space will offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily. Expect dishes like ricotta ravioli with Kalamata olives, lobster frites, and roasted Dover sole, all served in a setting featuring alfresco dining, a full-service bar, and a barista bar. Info HERE

• 🍛 Thai O-Cha Express – Langston Blvd

  New Thai takeout spot just opened in the former Hunan Village space. Menu includes Panang curry, Kung Pao, and Pad Thai with your choice of meat or veggies. Open daily 11 a.m.–9 p.m. Info HERE

• 🍜 Yu Noodles – Rosslyn

  Chongqing-style noodles and soup dumplings have landed in Rosslyn. Yu Noodles opened April 2 at 1515 Wilson Blvd, offering 13 hot noodle bowls, four cold ones, plus rice dishes and dim sum. Budget-friendly and already a hit with locals. Info HERE

  Am I living under a rock? The Bronx Pizza in Clarendon was replaced by Big Tony’s which has pizza AND a dive bar. Looks like they do karaoke and daily happy hour specials. I can’t wait to give it a shot. Check it out
