🄯 Your Weekend in ARL: fall vibes, fancy masks, and seriously good eats(October 23-26)

Even if the government’s still snoozing, Arlington’s cooking—literally.

Happy Thursday from Kendall’s dog!

Happy Thursday Bagel Bites,

This week’s all about fall flavors and fresh openings. Honeygrow just brought its build-your-own stir-fry and honeybars to Falls Church, Van Leeuwen is scooping Clarendon into a sugar rush, and Falafel Inc., rated the #1 new restaurant in D.C., has landed in National Landing with $6 meals that do good. Over in Courthouse, the beloved Fire Works Pizza spot is getting a full glow-up under new ownership.

On the events side, it’s cozy-meets-chaotic in the best way: Bark to Benefit lets your dog strut in costume for a cause, Pumpkin Spice & Everything Nice turns yoga into a PSL-core experience, and the Red Opium Masquerade Ball brings the drama (and maybe a hangover). Plus, MoCA on the Move keeps the artsy energy going, and the Pressure Drop film premiere gives you a reason to ditch the couch.

Scroll on for the full lineup—because while Washington’s on pause, Arlington’s serving pumpkins, puppies, and plenty of reasons to leave your house.

Scroll on to plan your weekend right.
